Adm Simpson (ret) and Gen Kindsvater (ret) Join SEMPRE as Strategic Advisors

is proud to announce that Rear Admiral David Simpson (ret) and Lt Gen Scott Kindsvater (ret) have joined the company as

strategic advisors.

Rear Admiral David Simpson (ret) is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in military operations, systems technology,

information warfare and cyber security. He retired from the US Navy after serving as the Vice Director of the Defense

Information Systems Agency (DISA) and previously as the Director of Naval Networks. From 2013 to 2017, he was the Chief

of the Federal Communications Commission's Public Safety and Homeland Security Bureau where he led resiliency,

emergency management, disaster preparedness and cybersecurity readiness oversight for the telecommunications

industry. He is a respected voice in the national security community, and his expertise will be invaluable to SEMPRE as the

company continues to grow and provide innovative solutions to the most pressing security challenges facing the nation.

Lt Gen Scott Kindsvater (ret) is a retired three-star General from the US Air Force, where he served more than 32 years.

During his career, he held key leadership positions in both the Middle East and in Europe, where he was responsible for

planning and executing complex military operations across a broad range of mission areas. Additionally, he was responsible

for leading Operations and Intelligence in both the Counter/Defeat ISIS campaign and for the NATO Alliance to include the

NATO nuclear enterprise. He has extensive experience in national security operations and is recognized as a leader in the

defense community. Kindsvater's strategic insight and advice will be invaluable to SEMPRE as the company works to

enhance its offerings and capabilities in the rapidly evolving national security landscape.
